Dear Family and Friends,
Chai Lifeline is an organization whose efforts have saved many lives of children with Cancer and Terminal Illnesses. After personally volunteering there for 3 yrs of my life, I am making an attempt to collect funds for the offices in Canada. The money donated will go towards mounting costs for families in hospital. Chai Lifeline is not only there for the children when they are sick but they become permanent members of the families who fight illness. Having been personally affected by the ravages of cancer, I felt this exceedingly deserving organization spoke directly to me, and this is why I am running the half marathon, along with my wife Anna, in memory of my father, Harold Grunfeld z"l (Avraham Hillel ben Yeshaya), who passed away from colon cancer at the age of 34.
