Hey everyone! I'm proud to announce that I've signed up to run the Chai Lifeline half marathon this coming January IY”H! The last time I ran this was almost ten years ago, and I am so excited to be doing it once more.
Chai Lifeline is an incredible organization. Throughout the year, they provide emotional, social, and financial assistance to more than 5,900 children and their families. Through numerous services, Chai Lifeline’s helps families navigate the complexities of childhood illness.
In my line of work, this organization is especially meaningful to me. Some of my patients who have left the greatest lasting impression on my heart have been these young, incredible children who push through and stay so strong every day. I am inspired by them, and I am further inspired by their loving and supportive families. It is in honor of their resilience that I have undertaken this challenge.
