Living with a bone condition, running a marathon is the last thing I ever thought I would be doing. But chai lifeline, doing what it does best, makes the impossible possible.

At the age of 12 the last thing I thought I would ever do is go to sleep away camp. But camp Simcha aka a peice of heaven on this earth with the most loving angels of human beings and state of the art infirmary with the most caring devoted medical staff made that a reality for me. Not only was I suddenly in sleep away camp, I was in camp with the most outrageous activities. From pottery to candle making to speedboating to concerts to acrobatic shows to zip lining ( which again was always but a dream for me, but obviously made possible by the angels disguised as staff) there was not a second in the day to remember what real life was.

Today, 9 years later I will iyh be running in the team lifeline Miami marathon and raising money for chai lifeline for the 5th time. How to ever repay someone who saved your life? I have no idea. But I’ll start by doing this. Please help me in reaching my goal. You are saving lives. I know. I was one of them.
