You're here because, perhaps, you think making a difference in the life of someone who is suffering is a good thing.
Last year, after 9 years of misaligned timing, we partnered together and raised almost $8000 to help support the important work of Chai Lifeline.
I ran the half marathon in memory of my late father, Rabbi Yehoshua Zev ben Tzvi Aharon. This is is the 10th year since he passed.

This year, timing once again isn't great - and I am unable to run - for a great reason! We had a baby girl a few weeks ago (Mazal Tov!).The cause of this great organization still needs our support - so - instead of running in person, my husband Yoni has taken up the mantle, and together (me in spirit, and he physically) will be running to raise money in support of Chai Lifeline, in memory of my father z'l.

Chai Lifeline is a wonderful organization that provides year–round emotional, social, and financial support to more than 4,500 children and their families every year. Chai Lifeline´s programs and activities change their lives forever, returning joy and hope and enabling them to live full and happy lives despite the presence of illness. Its most famous program is Camp Simcha and its sister camp, Camp Simcha Special. Every year these two camps offer 450 kids a chance to forget about illness and just be kids again. To get a better idea of what Chai Lifeline does for families, please watch the videos below. I know they will touch your heart the way they touched mine.
