It is a privilege to be a part of work that unites humanity such as Chai Lifeline. Thank you for joining, and for participating along with me.

I am training to run half a marathon at the Rock 'n' Roll Las Vegas this November. Running is a personal challenge, but I’m not in this just for the glory, I’m running for something important. I am running to raise money for Chai Lifeline, a powerfully moving organization dedicated to helping children and their families grow through what many of us would consider highly challenging experiences of life. Additionally, I am participating in this project to personally learn from Chai Lifeline's work that effect the lives of so many people who's appreciation and gratitude are a reflection of who they have become today.

Training is not easy, and neither is dealing with illness. The children who grow with Chai Lifeline fight each day because they can, and they push themselves to go through hospital stays and treatments because they can. I am participating in this campaign of love, and hard work because I can, and I choose to.

For me, raising funds and creating awareness from others brought its own challenges and rewards. These challenges I could not have done without those that took action to represent their generosity and support for others. I am glad for everyone who chooses to be a part of this experience with me, on my team, on team Chai, and in this possibility for an awesome cause.

The work, and the training carry on.

Thank you!!
