I’m not a runner. I prefer eating ice cream and chilling, but I’m running.
I’m running to raise money for Chai Lifeline so they can continue to help families who are going through the unimaginable. My cousin, Binny, was diagnosed with a brain tumor five years ago. At eight years old he had brain surgery and since then he and his family have dealt with the continuing challenges that ordeal has brought into their lives.
Throughout that process, Chai Lifeline has been there.
It's incredible how much one organization does! With the most dedicated staff and unbelievable volunteers, Chai Lifeline has been a beacon of hope and help in their lives.
So, I'm running to try and help this amazing cause in some small way. If YOU could please help the cause in some way, by donating or even joining the team, please do!
For Binny. And for all the other kids who are fortunate enough to have Chai Lifeline in their family's lives.
Thank YOU so much! I look forward to greeting you from the virtual finish line!
Walk. Run. Inspire.
All the Best - Leah
