Lot's have things have gotten cancelled, or altered, this year. Bar Mitzvah's, weddings, school dinners. And for anyone vaguely familiar with Team Lifeline, you'll be saddened to know that list includes the various races the Team joins every year.
But unfortunately, pediatric illness has not gone away. And even worse, the lack of organized races this year means $3 million in funding to help pediatric illness that won't be there. That’s why I’ve decided to join Team Lifeline and run in support of Chai Lifeline in a new way. Every dollar I raise and every mile I run will help Chai Lifeline continue to be there for families confronting illness and loss during these difficult times.
Chai Lifeline offers more than two-dozen year-round programs and services, including professional case management and counseling, transportation to medical appointments, meals delivered to hospitals and homes, emergency financial assistance, crisis intervention, insurance and medical advocacy, i-Shine afterschool programming, family events and retreats, Camp Simcha and Camp Simcha Special medically-supervised summer programs, and so much more. All programs are provided free of charge thanks to generous supporters and friends like you.
Please help me reach my goal and raise as much money as possible for these incredible kids. Your tax-deductible contribution will have a direct impact on lives dimmed by pediatric illness when they need it most. Together, we can make a difference to Chai Lifeline’s more than 5,900 children and families around the globe.
And to step up my commitment, every dollar you donate, I will match. So a dollar from you equals $2 for Chai Lifeline.
Thank you for your support!
