I turned 30 in April, and apparently this is the age where you either start a podcast or run a marathon. I chose the latter.
On November 1st, I'm running the TCS New York City Marathon for Team Lifeline — six years after riding 180 miles for Bike4Chai, I still haven't learned my lesson.
But here's the thing: this isn't about me running through five boroughs. It's about Chai Lifeline — an organization that gives children battling serious illness, and their families, real support: counseling, meals, transportation, hospital care, and hope when they need it most.
My goal: $25,000. Every dollar counts, whether it's $18 or $1,800. These kids face their challenges with courage every single day.
Thank you for being part of this. 🏃
