This January, I will be returning to Miami to run my second Miami Marathon as part of Team Lifeline to honour the memory of Sophie Spangenthal.

Chai Lifeline is an international children’s health support network that provides critical year-round programs and services to nearly 6,000 families confronting pediatric illness.

Camp Simcha, in particular, is a dreamland where Sophie had the chance to be whatever she wanted to be, surrounded by some of the most incredible friends, counsellors and staff.

Please join me in supporting this important organization and sharing awareness of its incredible impact.
