Help me support Chai Lifeline and kids like my cousin Mory

This summer, my 9-year-old cousin Mory’s life changed in an instant. She got off the camp bus—and went straight to the hospital. That day, she was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes.

Now, instead of just grabbing a snack or running outside to play with her friends, Mory has to stop and think: How many carbs are in this? Do I need insulin? Is my blood sugar too high? Too low? At only nine years old, she has to make calculations and decisions that are literally life-or-death. What should be simple, carefree childhood moments now come with so much fear and responsibility.

That’s why I’m raising money for Chai Lifeline, an extraordinary organization that supports thousands of seriously ill children—and their families—through the hardest times of their lives. They provide counseling, case management, meal deliveries, financial aid, and even medically supervised summer camps where kids can just be kids again. I’ve set a goal to raise $3,600 to help fund their life-changing work, as well as research into better treatments and cures—so kids like Mory can spend less time worrying about their disease and more time laughing, playing, and growing up.

I can’t do this alone. I’m asking for your help. Please consider making a gift to my campaign today. Every dollar makes a real difference for these children and their families.

Thank you so much for your generosity and for standing with Mory—and with every child fighting the toughest battle of their young lives.
