Welcome to Team Run for Faigy💕

I want to take a few minutes to share why this marathon and this team means so much to each and every one of us!

Faigy, my beloved sister, and our collective friend was someone incredibly special. She had this amazing gift—she always saw the best in everyone. No matter who they were, she made us feel valued, understood, and loved.

A few years ago, Faigy ran this very marathon. She wasn’t just running for herself—she was running to help children battling serious illnesses through Chai Lifeline, an organization that provides strength and support to families during their hardest moments.

None of us ever imagined that one day, Faigy herself would be the one in need of support. When she first got sick, Chai Lifeline showed up for her kids in a beautiful way—sending them packages and gifts that brought smiles and comfort during an incredibly difficult time.

Now, we’re lacing up our sneakers and running in her place. We’ve created a team called Run for Faigy—to honor her, to carry on her legacy, and to give back to the organization that was there when she needed it most.

We want you to join us. Whether you’re a runner, a walker, or just want to be part of something meaningful, every single person makes a difference. Together, we can raise money, bring hope, and make a real impact for children and families going through the hardest battles.

So, let’s do this for Faigy. Let’s do it for the kids. And let’s make every mile count.
