TYH Run Club started simple- just some grateful people wanting to spread more light, gratitude and positive energy.

Since then, we’ve grown into a team women (and a few men) showing up for ourselves, for each other, and now for something bigger. We’re running the Miami Half Marathon with Team Lifeline to raise money for kids and families facing some of life’s hardest challenges.

We’re not pros. We’re not fast. But we’re doing it. Together. Thanks for being part of it.
