This year, our family — Shaanan, Tziporah, Avraham, and Dalia — is running the Miami Half Marathon together in support of Chai Lifeline, an organization that is deeply close to our hearts.

We are running in memory of our dear friend Gail Darlow— to honor her strength, her faith, and the way she held life’s complexities with gratitude and Hashem by her side.

Over the past three years, Chai Lifeline walked alongside the Darlows, helping them navigate an incredibly challenging journey with compassion, dignity, and unwavering support. Seeing that impact firsthand made it clear to us that this run had to be for them — and for Gail.

Running is our way of carrying forward the love, chesed, and community that surrounded Gail and her family. Every mile we run is filled with intention, memories, and gratitude.
