TYH Run Club started simple- just some grateful people wanting to spread more light, gratitude and positive energy.

Since then, weโ€™ve grown into a team women (and a few men) showing up for ourselves, for each other, and now for something bigger. Weโ€™re running the Miami Half Marathon with Team Lifeline to raise money for kids and families facing some of lifeโ€™s hardest challenges.

Weโ€™re not pros. Weโ€™re not fast. But weโ€™re doing it. Together. Thanks for being part of it.
