I have been blessed enough to be a counselor in Camp Simcha Without Borders (CSWOB) for a couple years now and each year, without fail, I see many kids in need get a ray of sunshine injected into their lives.
Whether he has have a sibling or parent in a medically compromised situation, he might not be getting the tender loving care he needs, that every child needs to thrive. CSWOB fills that need incredibly. I have personally witnessed boys who on the first day seem tired and withdrawn, bud into new people when camp is complete.
