This year, I’m running a marathon as part of Team Ahuva, a team created in memory of a very special child who touched so many lives. My friend Kayla had the privilege of working closely with her, and after her passing, we wanted to honor her memory in a way that would continue spreading the love, compassion, and support she inspired.
Every dollar we raise goes to Chai Lifeline, an organization that has been there for countless families during the hardest moments of their lives. I’ve volunteered with Chai Lifeline for the past three years at CHOP, and I’ve seen firsthand the incredible difference they make. They don’t just care for sick children—they support entire families with counseling, case management, hospital services, financial assistance, meals, camps, sibling support, and so much more. They truly leave nothing undone when a family is facing a crisis.
Running 26.2 miles is a challenge, but it’s nothing compared to what these children and their families face every day.
If you’re able, I’d be so grateful if you’d consider making a donation. Your support honors the memory behind Team Ahuva while helping Chai Lifeline continue providing hope, comfort, and care to families who need it most.
My goal is to raise $10,000 and I need YOUR help to get there!! Thank you so much for being part of this journey.
